A Brief History
In the 1960's, Del Webb began development of Sun City, a senior retirement community. One of the golf courses built was North Course, an executive course. In 1975, Del Webb sold the North Course to the senior residents.

Today
The non-profit, mutual benefit corporation is still owned by 250 equity members. The shareholders take great pride in the lush fairways, fast, smooth greens, and pleasant surroundings. North Course remains one of the finest executive length courses in Southern California. Men's and Women's Clubs hold weekly tournaments and annual events which not only puts one's skills to the test, but builds close friendships with fellow golfers.
